Your account will be charged immediately after completion of the order, depending on the selected payment method.
SEPA notice:
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you grant us the corresponding mandate. The pre-notification period is reduced to one day.
Shipping / Delivery
All products offered are digital services. No physical goods are shipped.
- After successful ordering, the respective product will be made available digitally.
- The MuseumsuferCard or MuseumsuferTicket will be transmitted electronically (e.g., by email or via your customer account).
- Delivery usually takes place immediately after receipt of payment.

Digital products are made available worldwide, where technically possible.
Important Information
MuseumsuferTicket (2-day ticket)
The online ticket is personal and must be presented either printed or digitally on a smartphone upon entry.
Please have a valid photo ID (identity card, passport, or driver’s license) ready for identification.
MuseumsuferCard (annual pass)
The MuseumsuferCard is personal and must be presented together with a valid photo ID (identity card, passport, or driver’s license) when visiting the museums.
